Professional Journey
Over the past 46 years, I have had the privilege of shaping people strategies and organizational culture across industries including Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, FMCG, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing. Starting my career as a Personnel Officer, I grew into senior HR leadership roles, ultimately serving as Director–HR and CHRO for a large multinational group.
At every stage, my focus has been on building trust, aligning HR with business goals, and creating resilient organizations where people thrive. I have led large-scale cultural transformation programs, designed talent strategies, and built leadership pipelines that strengthened business continuity.
